The feet are important. They give you the ability to get you from mobility and point A to point B. Your feet are also vulnerable to injuries and infections. If something is wrong with your feet, you will notice it. Even small ones like blisters can make walking or difficult to wear shoes.

Most of the common foot problems listed below can reduce their discomfort with proper foot care wearing hygiene clothing and suitably fitting shoes.

Blister

Blister is a skin pocket filled with a soft, transparent liquid as a result of wearing shoes without fit. Blisters are often painful, making it difficult to walk, run, or wear shoes. Periodic blisters can be drained by puncturing with a sterile needle. Blood blisters in blood, those filled with blood instead of transparent liquid should not be boiled and drained.

Hammer tate

If one or two toes are intersecting, pointing to an abnormal angle, or bending in the middle of a toe joint, you may have a hammer. Like blisters, hammer tote is usually the result of perfect shoes. Alignment and bending of hammer toe can be rectified by treatment early. If adequate time is without treatment, the toes will bend forever.

Toe

A person with a foot toe curls at the joint where the toe and the feet meet, and has a toe (excluding big fingers) that curls at the toe's end from the joint of the toes. Painful shoes and nerve damage are common causes of toes.

Banyons

If you have a bunion, wearing shoes may hurt. The bunion is located at the base of the toe at the joint where the toe is connected to the foot. This joint bends and grows, often protruding from the foot side, turning big toes inward. Painful shoes, genetics, arthritis, deformities and trauma are common causes.

Grown nails

The grown nails are when the corners of the nails are digging out and growing to nearby skin. Foot fungus, reject shoes, inappropriately cut nails and abnormal foot structure is common cause.

Corn and callus

Corn and callus are accompanied by pain, and the bone parts of the toes and feet are rubbed repeatedly, resulting in a hard spot of dead skin. Corn is often formed on both sides and the top of the toe as well as between the toes. Callus is usually formed on the heel of the foot and the bottom of the ball.

Heel spar and plantar fasciitis

Both spur of heel and plantar fasciitis are a painful foot condition that affects the heel. The spur of the heel is the part of the bone that grows at the base of the heel bone. Plantar fasciitis is a painful inflammation of the fascia, the tendon connecting the hell of the foot to the ball.
