Smoking is very dangerous for your health. Most smokers feel that there is nothing I have not tried to quit. However, they may not be able to know the many natural ways that others have used to eventually end this very devastating practice. It is possible for you to quit smoking if you develop a plan, cleanse the body, support it, and cure nicotine craving with a natural way.
Most, if not all, people believe that smoking is not healthy. Why do people smoke? The answer lies in the addiction of nicotine. More than 80% of smokers declare that they will quit one day and plan to do so. Even heroin addicts admit that nicotine is actually the most difficult drug habit to kick. (Haas, p. 964)
Almost one-third of cases of pancreatic cancer can be attributed to tobacco smoking. Most lung cancer is caused by tobacco smoking. (Smokers are 5 to 10 times more likely to suffer from lung cancer than non smokers). The more tobacco you smoke in a day, the sooner you smoke, the higher the risk of lung cancer.
Smoker's child is at high risk of sudden infant mortality syndrome, respiratory infection and lung cancer.
"Smokers' children have a much higher incidence and severity of asthma, bronchitis, colds, and ear infections, and there are obstacles to lung dysfunction and pulmonary function tests." Public Health Journal, p. 209, Feb. 1989)
If you eat a balanced diet, take a lot of clean water and take vitamin supplements every day, you may feel that you are generally healthy. But if you smoke, this is not usually the case. Heavy smokers never get much benefit from a healthy diet. The blood concentration of vitamin C is much lower for smokers. Zinc, vitamin A and folic acid are often depleted in the body of smokers.
Since we have covered a small part of the negative impact of smoking on the body, let's think about how to quit smoking and not having any drugs! You may be surprised that there is a way to be released from this horrible addiction without using prescription medication.
Let's think about some ways to actually end.
Did you fail trying to quit before? Have you tried it again after a while? As you tried and failed, you might feel that you can prove you can not quit. But that is not the case. In fact, you get points each time you end. You inevitably learn something every time you try. It makes it much closer to you to succeed in stopping you. Most quitters did not do it on the first attempt. So you can think of it as your "practice"! (3)
The main part of your smoking plan is to understand which intervention to use when you crave for smoking and hit. Avoid being around other smokers. Learn deep breath practice you can use to relieve stress. Exercise is a wonderful way to limit stress and keep you busy.
If you decide to stop smoking, it is a way to remove toxins from your body. One theory is that many dependencies are derived from the liver. Cleansing and detoxification of the liver is a serious first step to release from these poisonings. The detoxification of the liver reduces the desire for nicotine. (ESP, p.279)
Echinacea can be used to drain nicotine from the lymphatic system and lungs. Vitamin C is a large chelating agent for harmful substances in the body. (It means "grabbing" offenders and letting them go through the waste system). The usual dosage of C is 1000 mg per day and 4 times. N acetyl cysteine 1000 mg, glutamine 1000 mg twice, Evening Primrose Oil 4 capsules, Sunwellness Chlorella Tablets 20 tablets are good prescriptions for removing nicotine toxicity from the body. (Page 548)
At your detoxification and termination it is important to "avoid junk foods and sugar that worsen desire". (P.548) Insulin helps normalize sugar intake such as stevia, stevioside, FOS etc. Lack of trace minerals and minerals can affect some poisoning. When trying to stop smoking, you should include magnesium, potassium, calcium, zinc in your diet. (ESP, p.279)
The main concern when you quit smoking is craving! There are many choices for this problem. Essential oils, vitamins, herbal teas are all listed on items in the "craving" category.
Eating a meal that promotes the alkalinity of the body is said to have little desire for tobacco. Try 800 mg of magnesium every day to calm your nerve, drop stress 100 mg B-complex every day and drop Valerian / wild lettuce in water. (Page, p.548) Young ecological essential oils provide a blend of "peace and calm".
Clove oil is also reported to be highly effective in many war with nicotine craving by many people. In the book of "Master Cleanser" by Stanley Burrough, "If you want to quit smoking, put a small amount of clove oil on your back with your fingers and lose your desire soon if you want to quit It is an easy method. "Peppermint oil is also reported to be effective. Just contact with that on the tongue makes it in the same way you apply the chopped oil.
In addition to cloves and peppermint the only oils that may help quit smoking are cinnamon and nutmeg. Other blends of recommended oil to reduce addictive behavior are harmony, thief, escape II, peace and calm, JuvaCleanse and JuvaFlex. They can be inhaled or diffused directly and can be applied locally to the back of the temple and / or neck four times daily or as a warm compression of the liver.
Stopping smoking is not easy. But if you give the right tools to your body, you can repair the damage caused by smoking. You can reduce your desires. Please try these simple, natural and effective helpers. Nature is the best medicine, so believe yourself and watch it happen !!
