Without any protection, most pickup truck beds suffer serious damage early in life. Just in normal use paint is scratched, often causing dents. By adding a simple track bed mat, I was able to avoid much of the cost of fixing damage. Five reasons to consider the track mat are as follows.
1. The pool of water for rust does not start.
If water can not get out of the front bed drain outlet, sliding and corrosion sliding sliding will begin. The water hidden beneath some liners just sits there and causes trouble. However, with mat, the pooled water is easy to see and easy to stop. Please move the mat away from the drain and stop the problem in seconds.

It is because the weight is heavy and the mat is flat so wind is difficult to grasp. Rubber bed mats are left on the wind and do not become wind.
3. Installation means simply rolling out.
As rubber mat comes out, it's all you need to install. Put it in the place behind the bed, remove the tie and tape and apply a gentle knob. Please work around Fender wells and other obstacles. The only real thing that is truly difficult is bringing it to bed. Many of them are quite heavy when the mat is rubber.
4. Release the drill.
Opening the hole in the track bed gives the owner of this track a mental distress. Every hole created will be the beginning of corrosion. Just wearing a bed mat is very attractive. There are no drill holes or bare metal to hurt the bed.
There is no hidden damage due to movement and shaking.
The fact that you can see the bed for observation almost immediately means little possibility of damage occurring under the mat. Loose fitting plastic bed liners may vibrate and rub the paint. Since then, it is difficult for a shiny metal to remove the bed liner, the pickup bed may rust slowly and become a pit. Matt can not hurt bed, so it will not happen under bed mat.
