Single wind dangers on the roof - Clear confusion -2

If the roof board is not broken, you may think that the wind is not hurting the roof. Think again. The wind will cause a great deal of damage to your roof, shorten its lifespan, it will be more vulnerable to leakage and further damage. And you may not even be able to know it!

When the wind blows, it exerts a lot of pressure on the shingle. It is not a damage caused by wind damage itself under the herpes zoster but by a vacuum like force formed on the surface. Have you seen a tornado video approaching your house? Suddenly the entire roof lifts from the house like a lid? It is a small scale, but it is the same uplift force that can hurt your herpes zoster.

The first thing that wind blows into your shingles is to break the adhesive seal. If the seal breaks, shingles may be totally torn. These gentle shingles often flutter up and down during the next thunderstorm and allow rainwater to go down. Rain caused by wind and rain can cause leakage and damage inside the house. Many insurance companies and their engineering company partners claim that the broken seal is not damaged, but there is no doubt that it is damaged. Herpes zostera must be sealed to work normally. All manufacturer's specifications highlight the fact that herpes zoster must be sealed. At the very least, these shingles should be sealed by hand. Depending on their condition, this may be impossible with old shingles.

In some cases, if the shingle of the roof is broken, the lamination of the shingle or hermetically sealed shingle is released. In this case, the shingle can not be simply resealed. Both shingles should be replaced. Despite the fact that the entire roof board is still in place, it is very likely that the entire roof will require relocation for delamination.

Another common form of injury caused by the wind that can not be seen from the ground is wrinkling. This happens when the seal breaks and when the single flaps into the wind it folds far enough to form a crease. This usually happens before the roof board completely breaks. This is the most obvious form of injury and can be clearly seen from the ground.

Do not wait until your roof leaks! Please check your roof at least once a year and follow a big storm to ensure that you know that state. You may be able to get a new roof with your home insurance!
