 10 essential components for safer working environment -2

A safe working environment is a condition or state that is not necessarily an event like an accident. This means that a small number of accidents or accidents does not mean that the workplace is particularly safe. What is truly important is the safety process as it is an integral part of the daily activities in the workplace.   9. Practical on-the-job training. Members of the group are undergoing ongoing work training by internal and external experts.
  10. Effective leadership. It is no coincidence that all safe work environments have excellent leadership. This means that the reader is ready to listen and has the ability to make followers.
