Check the inside and outside of the roof.

Several roof leaks are not the result of a gutter or stuffy clogging. Instead, leaks occur where the roofing material is worn or damaged. In other cases, it can be damaged by flashing around chimneys, vents, or roof protrusions, allowing water to enter the underlying structure.
