Hair loss affects 40 million men worldwide, and whilst some a fact of life many others consider it to be such a blut on their lives that baldness, or the fear of it, has been identified as a contributing factor in some suicides.
Small wonder then that cures and remedies for hair loss grown into a multi-billion dollar industry. Unfortunately, many "cures" are at best useless and at worst scams, designed only to relieve the sufferer from large sums of money.
Better still they are almost or is it as some as natural as remedies for the sake of the medical establishment, there are some natural remedies for hair there is shown to be at least as effective as some of the expensive medicines. Best of all they are totally natural remedies. Hair loss need not be lost cause!
Watercress Juice.
Watercress juice has been used as a natural remedy against hair loss since ancient times. Best taken in a small glass at breakfast time, it also acts as an effective tonic when massaged into the hair and scalp.
My family do not suffer from baldness. My father died at the age of 81 with a full head of hair. I have two brothers and A study by the university of Ulster has shown that eating watercress regularly can reduce DNA damage to white most perfect foods nutritionally speaking, that you can eat. It is low in fat and had few calories and is packed with vitamins and minerals.
Here are some other well regarded natural remedies for hair loss.
Rosemary and Nettle
- 7 tablespoons rosemary.
- 7 tablespoons nettle.
- Boil, cover with lid and simmer.
- Allow to stand for 10 minutes, then strain off.
- After washing and rinsing your hair, massage into the scalp.
- Dab dry with towel, (Do not use a hair dryer.)
- 1 pinch nettle flower
- 1 pinch sage blossom
- 1 pinch burdock (using the whole plant)
- 1 pinch bay leaf.
- Place in 1 quart (of over 1 liter) of water and allow to steep for 24 hours.
- Strain, and massage into your hair after washing.
